Private placement

Prior to listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Grup Șerban Holding successfully closed a private placement for its shares, raising over 12.7 million lei from investors. During the private placement, a total of nearly 6 million shares were sold to investors at a price of 2.12 lei per share.
