Ferma se \u00eentinde pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de aproximativ 343.400 mp, iar \u00een urma acestei achizi\u021bii, Grup \u0218erban Holding ajunge s\u0103 exploateze aproximativ peste 12.500 de hectare de teren arabil cu accent pe cultura mare \u00een sistem de agricultur\u0103 regenerativ\u0103. Valoarea tranzac\u021biei se ridic\u0103 la 4 milioane de lei.<\/p><p>\u201e<em>Suntem \u00eenc\u00e2nta\u021bi de achizi\u021bionarea acestei noi ferme, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 cele <\/em><em>343.400 mp sunt de\u021binute \u00een proprietate, includ o baz\u0103 agricol\u0103 proprie \u0219i sunt complet irigabile.
